At Cheat and Meal Co., we care deeply about the quality and safety of every product we ship. Because our products are consumable pet food items, we maintain strict food safety standards and therefore do not accept returns of opened or delivered products.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to food safety, sanitary, and quality-control reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of pet treats, chews, or other consumable products once they have been delivered.
This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of every product purchased by our customers.
We are unable to restock, resell, or redistribute returned pet food products under any circumstance.
Refunds & Replacements
Although we do not accept returns, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:
- The wrong item was received
- The product arrived damaged
- The package was lost in transit
- The product arrived defective
- There was an error caused by Cheat and Meal Co.

- Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not include sufficient supporting information.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Products refused by pets
- Normal variation in color, shape, texture, or odor of natural treats
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control
- Minor package wear that does not affect product safety
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Cheat and Meal Co. before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider so we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting shipment and delivery documentation.
Compliance & Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
